I especially liked the section on receiving and embracing feedback, and the Johari Window chapter has helped me to immediately make changes in how I communicate with others …. simple, but very effective tools! I attended a classroom training with Frankie a few years ago and I couldn't wait to sign up for this course. I have covered all the online material and have completed 2 of the one to one live sessions with Frankie. The material provided is great, just the right level. During the coaching sessions, Frankie has helped me to focus on some key issues and develop a clear plan of action. Some of the things I have learned aren't just to be used in specific situations, they are more like a new way of being. I normally don't like online learning however, this course is well structured and very enjoyable. I love the personalised videos with Frankie the author and the easy to understand techniques demonstrated. It has helped me to reflect and learn things about myself and I have been able to instantly apply what I have learned with both friends and colleagues. The materials offered in this awareness training are meaningful. Information was presented in an interesting and effective manner. The sessions were simple, clear, and engaging; segments came in a nice flow. (not tiring; not boring) The information offered was effective and worth-my-while (!). I think there are valuable takeaways from this; my time was well spent. This course with Frankie was refreshing!

I've recently undertaken and completed this course. Overall I found it to be excellent. The course content is thorough, well structured, thoroughly engaging and is easy to follow. The trainer has done a great job here, she clearly knows her stuff and is passionate about what she is doing. I've been recommending this course to friends and colleagues. It is a must for anybody seeking to progress their personal development and can thoroughly recommend it to all.

I completed this course in the lead up to our office being back open after working from home during the latest lockdown. I started a new job in December and haven't met my team face to face - only on zooms and calls. I wanted to refresh myself in how to lead and inspire and how to positively engage with my team effectively. I re-learnt something I'd forgotton... non-verbal communication and how important that is! I would highly recommend this course, it is straightforward to follow with the ease of heading back if needed. It is packed with absolute gems of information and tips and now I'm ready to start positively impact others in order to get maximum output.

Really enjoyed this course, it is well structured with easy to follow material. The information and techniques have helped me learn things about myself and my behaviours and am now able to communicate effectively with others. I would definitely reccomend to all who want to improve communication skills both in and out of the workplace! Great investment!

I think we often forget, or ignore, the C in CPD. The reality is it is never too late to better ourselves and improve our effectiveness in the work place. Being at home and separated physically from our colleagues has, I suspect, given many of us an opportunity to stand back and reflect in many ways. I found this course particularly helpful in that it really made me think hard about my personal work place MO, and it has helped me to confront some of my own hard truths. Don't be tempted to rush through this course. The content is rich and the benefit is in the careful reflection after each exercise and activity. But now I realise that my newly found self-awareness needs context so I am going to encourage my closest colleagues to sign up too so we can compare notes and hopefully move forward as a team.

The clarity and concise delivery of the material made this an extremely enjoyable course to complete. I particularly enjoyed the module 'Understanding The Impact Of My Behaviours And Emotions On Others', and the explanation of the Betari Box Model. I have immediately assessed my normal workplace behaviours and started applying the alternative techniques presented through the course, which have successfully strengthened and developed the communication between myself and my colleagues. The live coaching sessions incorporated with the course were invaluable and reinforced the learning I received in the Popular Plus course material. The 0ne to one experience provided by my instructor Frankie was really 1st class. I am looking forward to future new courses published by Frankie, and would highly recommend them to everyone who may be passionate about their personal self-improvement.
